How does the free trial work?
Simply click ‘Free trial’ on your chosen plan above and you can start your 14 day trial with no card details required. You’ll simply need to enter a few basic details and then your trial will begin.
What happens when my trial ends?
Just before the end of your 14-day trial, you’ll receive an e-mail prompting you to enter payment details. Once the details are entered, the first monthly payment will be taken and your access to My Food Office will continue uninterrupted after the end of your free trial.
What payment types do you accept?
Currently, we will issue invoice to secure the payment. We will give you 7 days due date, and additional 7 days to record the payment, to make sure your access is uninterrupted. Soon, we will launch a payment solution accepting debit/credit cards. We will inform you before we make the upgrade.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes you can. If you’re looking to upgrade, simply head to subscription to select your new plan. Any downgrade will take effect when the next payment is due.

How do I handle VAT?
For Norwegian customer we will include VAT on the invoice as we are based in Norway. For European and international customers, we will invoice you exclusive VAT. Please note that you may need to settle any import tax, duties or VAT, depending on you national legislation principles. In any case we will include your company´s VAT number on the invoice, as long as you have accurately registered this.
What happens when I cancel a paid account?
If you decide to stay with us, just upgrade to your chosen plan during or after the trial period. If not, we will move you to our free plan offer after your paid period ends. In that way, you will always keep your recipes.
Will MyFoodOffice Work With My Computer?
Our solution will work on both Macs and PCs as long as you have an up-to-date modern browser like Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Our solution does not require any downloading or installation.
